The Challenge
Many low income and homeless veterans do not have reliable access to email - but many of them have cell phones due to government relief programs. Soldiers' Angels decided to look for an affordable texting solution who could help them reach out to a larger veteran population.
"Trum·pia has allowed us to reach out to a population of veterans that would otherwise be unreachable. Many low-income and homeless veterans do not have access to email or internet—which was our primary source of communication before Trum·pia. However, thanks to a government assistance program, these individuals do have cell phones capable of receiving text messages.
